Right now, we are adding an Employee Success Program Manager to the team. As part of the Employee Success team, you will take the lead on creating and executing Employee programs throughout the employee lifecycle.  


This role is key to supporting our Employees and Managers with the tools and knowledge they need to be successful at Tulip.  


What you will do:


  • Develop, establish and drive forward initiatives to improve the employee and Manager  journey throughout the employee life cycle
  • Scale-up our HR operations including onboarding, training, benefits, performance reviews, etc.
  • Create and execute programs and initiatives that accelerate productivity and cultural integration of new employees
  • Partner with the leadership team to support daily business functions, share HR Metrics and optimize workflow
  • Build and drive talent retention by developing, improving, and implementing Employee Programs
  • Develop and ensure HR programs and services follow established policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
  • Identify process improvements, make recommendations and provide implementation to support changes
  • Partners with VP, Employee Success to develop and enhance employment engagement and culture
  • Understand the business and the key drivers of impact, prioritizing initiatives aligned to HR strategic priorities
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.


What you bring:


  • 5+ years of experience of senior human resources management
  • CHRP or CHRL designation or working towards the designations preferred
  • Post graduate qualification in Human Resources
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Broad HR knowledge (Experience with US/Global Employees a bonus)
  • Experience supporting and executing on employee talent lifecycles
  • Self motivated and ability to prioritize goals and objectives, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to be professional and maintain confidentiality with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Perform well under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in managing unexpected situations
  • Strong organizational change management skills and experience working in scaling Technology companies.
